Owl Barn has been converted from a small stone barn to provide high quality accommodation for up to five people. It is particularly suitable for less agile or disabled visitors as, apart from the second bedroom, it is all on one level with no steps. A high level of insulation plus double glazing keeps it warm in winter and cool in summer. |

The spacious sitting and dining area is open to the roof with the original beams and a stone wall exposed. It is comfortably furnished and has a colour TV, DVD player, video recorder and music centre with CD player.
The modern fitted kitchen is equipped with electric cooker, microwave, refrigerator and washing machine. The shower bathroom has a large shower area with a seat, WC and vanitory unit. |

The main bedroom has twin beds which can be brought together to make a large double bed if required. The smaller second bedroom on the first floor has twin beds. There is also a foam chair which converts into a comfortable single bed. All rooms have fitted carpets and electric heating. Duvets, bed linen and towels are provided. A cot is available on request. |

There is ample parking space immediately outside the front door. Although there is no garden, there is a large south facing sun-deck at the rear overlooking open farmland and a sheltered courtyard area at the front with a variety of plants and shrubs. Garden furniture is provided and a barbecue is available on request. Well behaved pets are welcome. There are plenty of places to walk in the area. |
